Born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa and trained in the Egyptian style, Isis has been belly dancing for five years and is currently based in Irvine, performing regularly at restaurants around Orange County. Prior to her career as a belly-dancer she was trained in a variety of other dance styles such as ballet, flamenco, tap, modern/jazz, hip-hop and ballroom Latin-American, all of which she has incorporated into her signature style.
